He began his journey in the surf/lifestyle industry working with Billabong, O’Neill & Olukai. He blends creative direction with technical expertise to deliver polished content from concept through final cut.

Walter Calinawan is the lead photographer and lighting expert at theAgency, recognized for his precise eye, creative composition and mastery of studio and on-location lighting. He brings brands to life through refined, high-quality imagery that balances artistry with technical excellence.

Brock Ladd is a Hawaii-based Director and Producer with 15 years of experience in the film industry. His work spans major documentary and commercial projects, including contributions to HBO’s 100 Foot Wave and The Eddie Big Wave Invitational. Known for his dynamic visual storytelling and deep connection to ocean culture, Brock has collaborated with top global clients such as HBO, Disney, Apple, Amazon, Puma, Hydro Flask, ESPN, and W Magazine.
