Studio Rules & Policies
Scheduling: Rental time includes setup and teardown. Please plan accordingly.
Cancellation: Full refund available with 72-hour notice. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 50% fee.
Space Integrity: Smoke-free and pet-free facility. We ask that the studio be returned in its original condition.

Does the rental price really include a gaffer?

Yes. To ensure the safety of our high-end lighting equipment and to provide you with the best production experience, an on-site gaffer is included in every booking to assist with technical setups.
Can I bring my own lighting equipment?

Absolutely. While our studio is fully equipped, you are welcome to bring additional gear. Our on-site gaffer will assist in integrating your equipment with our power distribution.
While our studio is a controlled environment suitable for most interviews and video productions, it is not a 100% soundproof "dead room." We recommend a scout for audio-sensitive projects.

To ensure a comfortable and productive workflow, we typically recommend a maximum crew and talent count of 10-12 people. Please contact us for larger production needs.
Do you offer weekend or after-hours bookings?

Yes. Our standard rates apply to business hours, but we can accommodate early starts or weekend shoots based on availability. Please specify your required timing in the inquiry form.
